NOTE: All fines are subject to a $59.00 court cost.
All bonds and fines listed in this section apply only to municipal charges. Although most of our officers send charges to the Municipal Court of New Cordell, some exceptions may apply. If you are unsure about your fine, please contact us with your citation or case number.
Bonds and fines may be paid at Cordell City Hall, Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. City Hall is located on the historic downtown square at 101 East Main in Cordell.
If you opt to pay your fine without an appearance in court, you must pay before the court date noted on your citation. Exceptions will only be made by contacting the city court clerk. Some charges require an appearance.
